Former Vietnam, Korean, WWII, WWI and
American Civil War Veterans. They tell the best
worn-out war stories to anyone who gets too
close. Stay clear of these two!

These people must live on the Wild Side, don't they?
TOP SECRET rendezvous - Plotting our next move
This is the best group of people you will ever meet. They simply do not understand the word "NO."
We had our first parade, the ooORAH Devil Dawg March. Twenty people of all ages walked a brisk
cadence of two miles under a hot sun. We had no food or drink. We didn't bring umbrellas or shade.
We didn't have any music or bands cheering us on. (it wasn't that bad, but great for effect, heh?)

The people of Oceanside know who we are. They honked their horns, waved at us and encouraged
us.  One courageous member from our Special Forces Unit used his finger at precise intervals to
push the cross-walk button at a major intersection so that bunches of cars were forced to stop. That
gave our unit time to mobilize and take action. Drivers and passengers alike were convinced to drop
their shields (lower their windows) and accept a flier about the Pendleton 8. There were no
casualties except for one worn-out finger. He refused to leave his position. We got what it takes! For
reals, one Marine saw us getting pooped-out and dropped a bucket of snacks and beverages. That
gesture of kindness lifted our spirits quite a bit.

Two members from our Special Forces Unit, originating from our group at Camp Pendleton, started
their own Rally on the corner of PCH and Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. They were interviewed in
a live broadcast by Rick Amato on 1170AM KCBQ San Diego and the Orange County Register.

The following week, 19 Die-hard Faithfuls joined them and the response was tremendous. Mighty
Joe and his "battle-wagon" joined them. Again and again, Rick Amato in subsequent broadcasts
reinforced the need for everyone to pay closer attention to the legal maneuvering of the Pendleton 8.

One Marine, just returned from Iraq, raced past us, saw us, turned his car around and made it a
point to shake every hand.

We REALLY need your support by standing up for what you believe in. We believe in God, family and
country. One thing that brings us together, and that we can agree upon is knowing that the men in
the brig must be set free.
Jim can't say NO!
